How to read Udimi seller information

Udimi's current buyer documentation describes filters for visitor capacity, minimum positive ratings, “Got sales,” maximum price, repeat orders, last-seen status, niche and traffic origin. “Got sales” is based on the seller's last 100 orders, while traffic origin is derived from recent traffic statistics. Those are useful marketplace signals, but none predicts what your own page will do.

When comparing sellers, start with fit. A relevant niche and suitable traffic geography are usually more useful screening criteria than choosing the cheapest click. Then look at several reputation and activity signals together: buyer ratings, repeat orders, recent statistics, price and the seller's description. Read individual feedback rather than relying on one headline number.

What happens around an order

Udimi's buyer guide says the buyer chooses the number of visitors, available traffic filters, a destination link or ad text, and a start date before checkout. After payment, the seller has 24 hours to accept or reject the order. Udimi states that sellers are expected to deliver the selected traffic within the applicable delivery window and that undelivered traffic is refunded under its rules.

Udimi also says payments are processed through the platform, traffic is filtered, sellers are paid after delivery, and buyers receive refunds for undelivered traffic. Those mechanisms address transaction and delivery risk; they do not guarantee opt-ins, leads, sales or profit. Udimi's own terms explicitly distinguish real-visitor delivery from actions on the buyer's site.

Use marketplace data as evidence, not certainty

A buyer rating is evidence about another buyer's transaction. A repeat-order percentage indicates that some customers came back. A reported-sales measure describes past buyer reports. These can all be useful, but your offer, landing page, follow-up, price point and audience match remain independent variables.

The practical approach is to shortlist with marketplace evidence, run a controlled order you can afford to learn from, and measure your own funnel. If the economics are poor, investigate both the traffic and the destination before assuming one variable caused the result.
